A hotel run by the family who owns it

We opened Sierra 67 in 1998 with nine floors, a stubborn belief in real keys, and a restraint that has never left the building: turquoise for the water it looks out on, caramel for the light that lands on it at six. Nothing else.

Everything is still handled in-house — the linens, the kitchen, the front desk at three in the morning. When you write to us about a reservation, someone in this building reads it.
